‘Big Care Career Fairs’ return to Beverley and Goole this June

East Riding of Yorkshire Council, in partnership with Jobcentre Plus, is inviting jobseekers, students and those considering a career change to explore opportunities in the care sector at two upcoming Big Care Career Fairs this June.

The events aim to showcase the wide variety of roles available across the care sector, from frontline support roles to positions such as administration, catering, maintenance, driving and planning.

The care sector continues to evolve and offers flexibility, choice and clear career pathways. Whether you are looking for full‑time or part‑time work, temporary or permanent roles, or students seeking experience alongside their studies, there are opportunities for everyone.

The career fairs offer a valuable opportunity to speak directly with local adult social care employers, learn more about current and future vacancies and, where possible, apply for roles on the day. Many employers will also be available to offer advice and guidance to those interested in working in care.

Upcoming events:

Beverley: East Riding Leisure Beverley, Flemingate, Thursday 4 June, 2pm – 4pm, to register visit: The Big Care Career Fair Tickets, Thursday 4 June  •  2 PM – 4 PM | Eventbrite

Goole: The Jobcentre, Mulberry House, North Street, Thursday 11 June, 10am – 12pm, to register visit: The Big Care Career Fair Tickets, Thursday 11 June  •  10 AM – 12 PM | Eventbrite
