Philip Allott has been elected as the new Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner for North Yorkshire and the City of York following the election of Thursday 6 May 2021.

Mr Allott will take up office as the Commissioner on Thursday 13 May at 00.01.

Simon Dennis, Chief Executive of the Office of the North Yorkshire Police, Fire & Crime Commissioner said:
