Henry Nowak’s killer, his brother and his father plead not guilty to weapons charges

Digwa is charged with six counts of possessing an offensive weapon in a private place. Appearing at Southampton Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, he pleaded not guilty.

Moga Singh, Digwa’s father, is charged with the same offences and pleaded not guilty.

Gurpreet Digwa, Vickrum’s brother, face six counts of possessing an offensive weapon in a private place, possessing an offensive weapon in a public place, possessing a prohibited weapon, and two counts of possessing a knife in a public place. He also pleaded not guilty.

Digwa was sentenced to life in prison, with a minimum of 21 years, in June after fatally stabbing 18-year-old Henry Nowak in Southampton on December 3 last year.

The Court of Appeal confirmed on Friday that Digwa is seeking to appeal against his conviction and sentence.
