Ezekiel Williams, 26, from London, was allegedly assaulted in Milton Keynes city centre in the early hours of Sunday morning, Thames Valley Police said.
Detectives launched a murder investigation after Mr Williams died in hospital from his injuries on Monday.
Sameull Hussein, aged 28, of no fixed abode and Arman Uddin, aged 21, of Luton, were charged with one count each of murder on Thursday night.
The men remain in custody and are due to appear before Milton Keynes Magistrates’ Court on Friday.
A third man, aged 30, from Luton, who was arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender, has been released on conditional court bail while investigations continue.`
